What To Expect

  • Arrival text notification before service begins so pets can be safely secured.

  • Thorough, professional cleaning of all accessible service areas using a systematic yard sweep.

  • All waste is double-bagged, securely tied, and placed in your outdoor trash receptacle.

  • All footwear and equipment are disinfected between properties using a veterinary-grade disinfectant to help reduce the risk of cross-contamination.

  • Completion text notification is sent after service confirming your yard has been cleaned and secured.

Service Policies

Clean Yard Standards

  • Dense grass, leaves, pine straw, and heavy ground cover may limit visibility and affect final cleaning results.

Access & Safety

  • Please ensure gates are unlocked or access instructions are provided prior to your scheduled visit.

  • If access is unavailable at the time of service, the visit may be skipped and standard service fees may still apply.

  • For the safety of your pets and our staff, please secure nervous or protective dogs indoors during service.

  • Service may be rescheduled due to hazardous conditions including flooding, excessive mud, or heavy debris.

Weather & Scheduling

  • Service continues during light rain but may be rescheduled during severe weather, lightning, flooding, or other unsafe conditions.

  • If a visit is delayed due to weather, service will be completed on the next available route day whenever possible. Any additional accumulation will be addressed during your next scheduled service.

  • Service is paused on major holidays and scheduled vacations. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for service pauses related to customer travel.

  • Arrival and completion notifications are sent via text message.

Payments & Invoicing

  • Recurring weekly and biweekly services are billed monthly in advance through Square.

  • Invoices are issued prior to the start of each service month and must be paid before scheduled services begin.

  • New customers may receive a prorated first invoice based on their service start date.

  • One-time cleanups and initial cleanups are invoiced separately and are due upon receipt.

  • Accounts with unpaid balances may have service paused until payment is received and the account is brought current.
